A money-tracking system for a car loan company. I turned five messy, disconnected tools into one clear record, so the team could finally trust the numbers and close cases without chasing spreadsheets.
An app that helps farmers get expert farming advice just by talking to it. I designed it for people who cannot read or type, so they could ask questions in their own voice and get answers they trust.
A friendlier way to check out at a store by yourself. I redesigned the self-checkout experience so anyone, including first-timers and older shoppers, can scan, pay, and leave without confusion or waiting for help.
Systems thinking taught me precision: in state-driven workflows, every field name and label carries consequence. Designing for users with constraints I don't share taught me humility: most of what I assume about users is wrong, and the only way to find out is to listen carefully.
The portfolio is short on purpose. Two projects, both real. The work I'm most proud of doesn't fit on Dribbble.
In fintech, precision is its own UX. Every field name, every state label, every permission carries operational and compliance consequence. There is no decorative layer.
